Should you sign up for Charged Services (as defined in the Terms of Use), we will require your billing information along with contact information such as your name, phone number and address in order to process the transaction and to collect the fees involved. 6. Sharing Your Information and Content with Third Parties

We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy. For information identified with residents of the European Union, Wix transfers such information to unrelated third parties only in accordance with the Safe Harbor Privacy Framework. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, but we may retrieve, save, share and make any use of the information, including without limitation use for analysis or statistics, which is compatible with providing our services to you. We may provide information and/or personal user content to service providers to help us provide the Services we offer. Specifically, we may use third parties to facilitate our business, such as to host the service at a co-location facility for servers, to provide you with our community blog, to send out email updates about Wix, to remove repetitive information from our user lists, to process payments for products or services and to provide you with our live chat services. In connection with these business operations, our service providers may have access to your personal information and/or content. We occasionally provide demonstrations of user created content that allow non-users a glimpse into the Wix world. Such content is provided in a form which protects your content from any unauthorized editing and/or changing.

In any case in which the ownership of Wix's business shall change, including a change in ownership due to bankruptcy or a sale or transfer of assets, your user information may be transferred to the new owner so the Service can continue operations. Use of your personal information by Third Party Developers and others

When you use Wix or any app in the App Market, certain information you choose to post or share with third parties (e.g., a friend, your site visitors, or someone in your network), such as personal information, comments, messages, photos, videos or other information, may be shared or be available to other users and third parties. All such sharing of information is done at your own risk.

We also collaborate with and allow third parties to use the Wix App Market to offer Services and functionality in conjunction with Wix. These third-party partners and developers have agreed to our Wix App Market – Partner Program Agreement in order to offer their applications (“Third Party App(s)”). We encourage you to review any privacy policy offered for a Third Party App before deciding whether to install such app.

Our Wix App Market – Partner Program Agreement contains restrictions on how third parties, mainly third party developers (“Third-Party Developers”) may access, store, and use the non-personal and personal information you provide to Wix and what such Third-Party Developers are allowed to do with the information they collect from you and any User Visitor Data they collect from your content. Please note, however, that Wix does not control and is not responsible for the actions of such Third-Party Developers or the accuracy of any privacy policy they may offer. Our Third-Party Developers may use different types of cookies to collect and store information and may employ images, scripts and other technical means that help them better manage content on our Website.

WixHive

In addition to the foregoing, by using the “WixHive” API, some Third Party Developers are able to share data, including Users’ Visitors Data, with other Third Party Developers and with Wix. This will be relevant to you if you have downloaded Apps from our App Market as by doing so you will be agreeing to this the sharing of your visitors’ contact information, messages, back office activities and business applications. For information about data collected and shared using the WixHive API, please see the App Market Terms. Such sharing may involve data collected by different Third Party Developers through their Third Party Apps on that site, as well as information created by different vendors and during your activity in the Website itself. Wix may also offer apps through the App Market, and such Wix apps may also collect and share your data and Users’ Visitor Data as described in this paragraph.

The data for each site is stored and managed in a database that can be accessed by Third Party Developers of Third Party Apps installed on that site, by Wix, and by the user of that site through the relevant tool. Third Party Developers may provide services across multiple sites over time. Wix contractually prohibits the Third Party Developers from combining data across sites and from sharing Users’ Visitors Data other than with other apps installed on the same website for the purposes of your specific website. To revoke data permissions granted to a Third Party App, please visit your settings, but kindly note that Third Party Apps may still have access to or retain certain information that was collected prior to the revocation.

Wix also has access to all the data stored in the WixHive API, which may include personal information information collected across different sites over time from visitors to your web-based content. Wix uses this data to operate its business including providing services to your web-based content. Wix may combine data from your site with data from other Wix sites and with other data that was collected and/or retained by the Third Party Developers. You can prevent the collection of data from visitors to your web-based content by revoking data permissions granted to your apps or by uninstalling apps. Because we use this data to provide our services, we do not change our practices in response to a “Do Not Track” signal in the HTTP header from a browser or mobile application.

If you want to prevent the collection and sharing of data through WixHive, then you should not install Third Party Apps or other apps on your web-based content. You will be responsible for notifying your users and obtaining their consent to the collection of data via the WixHive API.

7. Communications from the Website

By registering to the Wix Website and providing your email address, you expressly agree to receive promotional content from Wix, by mail or email, from time to time. If you provide Wix with your phone number (at any stage of use of the Wix Services), Wix shall be entitled to call you or send you promotional SMS notices from time to time. If you wish not to receive such promotional content / notices, you may notify Wix at any time or follow the unsubscribe or STOP instructions contained in the promotional communications which you receive.

8. Links

Our Website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. 10. Social Media Widgets

Our Website includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect information such as your IP address or which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. 11. Changing or Removing Content
